I had to finish the week out with my "piece de resistance" (sorry but I could not find the proper French accents on my keyboard for "piece") painting of all the halloween monsters. I definitely had fun with this one.

*Edit* Saturday November 1 ~ Our Halloween pumpkins below ~ mine is the tiny one...imagine that! We just go our first substantial rain with lightning, very rare in these parts, and very exciting. We also woke up to, let's just say, an EXTREMELY unpleasant pet "accident" this morning in my studio... so we're feeling a bit like these pumpkins. Typically not the best way to start one's day. But now I'm off to listen to Christine do a book appearance and reading at one of the sweetest book stores in LA ~ I still have hope of eeking some fun out of this Saturday.
